Aeson Power Sodium-Ion Battery 16V and 17V Overcharge Test

Safety has always been the core competitiveness of Aeson Power products. Recently, we completed a rigorous overcharge safety test on our sodium-ion starting batteries in a professional laboratory environment, further validating the reliability of our products under extreme conditions.

Test Conditions

· Test Subjects: Aeson Power NaForce NS40L, NaForce SS H7/LN4, and S95L sodium-ion starting batteries

· Test Environment: Constant 60°C high-temperature chamber

· Test Method: Continuous charging to 16V\17V and held for more than 6 hours

· Monitored Parameters: Voltage, temperature, internal resistance, battery appearance, and safety status

 Test Results

Throughout the entire overcharge process, none of the three batteries experienced thermal runaway, fire, smoke emission, case melting, or deformation.

Post-test showed:

· Internal resistance and voltage parameters were stable

· Overall performance was maintained in good condition

This test fully demonstrates that Aeson Power sodium-ion starting batteries maintain excellent thermal stability and safety performance even under extreme abuse conditions far exceeding normal operating voltage. This is made possible by our advanced sodium-ion cell technology, providing more reliable safety assurance for automotive starting and Start-Stop applications.

We will continue to provide global users with next-generation battery products that meet higher safety standards through scientific and rigorous validation.
