Sodium-Ion Battery Solutions for Passenger Cars
NaForce Sodium-Ion Starter Battery
The NaForce series is our sodium-ion starter battery solution for passenger cars. It can replace selected D23 to D31, NS40, NS60, L1, L2, and MF batteries, subject to vehicle compatibility.
At 60% less weight than a lead-acid battery for a comparable application, NaForce can simplify transport, workshop handling, and installation. The reduced mass can also help vehicle manufacturers and owners limit unnecessary vehicle weight.
The battery achieves 2,700 cycles at 50% depth of discharge under the specified test conditions. This cycle performance supports reliable starting power over the vehicle’s service life.
In addition, NaForce can operate at temperatures up to 80°C, which gives it the thermal capability required for hot climates and demanding under-hood environments. If a deep-discharge event reduces the battery to 0V, its dead-flat recovery capability provides a route to restore battery function through the correct recovery procedure.
NaForce SS Sodium-Ion Start-Stop Battery
The NaForce SS series is our sodium-ion start-stop battery solution for premium and start-stop vehicles. Designed as an alternative to selected L2 to L6 AGM, D23, D26, NS40 EFB, and other conventional batteries, it supports frequent engine restarts while delivering instant starting power, rapid charge acceptance, and strong cold-cranking performance.
NaForce SS is engineered to withstand up to 180,000 start-stop cycles under the specified test conditions—more than three times the start-stop and deep-cycle life of conventional lead-acid alternatives. This durability helps maintain reliable performance through repeated engine-off and restart events in demanding urban driving conditions.
Its lightweight construction reduces battery weight by more than 60% compared with a lead-acid battery for a comparable application. In addition to simplifying transport, workshop handling, and installation, the reduced mass can help lower unnecessary vehicle weight and may contribute to improved fuel efficiency in combustion-engine vehicles.
With an operating temperature of up to 80°C, NaForce SS provides dependable starting performance in hot climates and demanding under-hood environments. Its maintenance-free design further makes it a practical, long-lasting replacement for compatible AGM and EFB batteries.

NaForce EV Auxiliary Battery
For electric passenger cars, we provide the customizable NaForce EV series as a sodium-ion auxiliary battery solution. As a core component of the electric vehicle’s low-voltage electrical system, it supports vehicle wake-up and supplies low-voltage power to control units, locks, lights, safety equipment, communication systems, and other essential electronics.

Based on polyanionic sodium-ion chemistry, NaForce EV offers excellent thermal stability, with a thermal-runaway onset temperature significantly higher than that of lithium-ion batteries. Under specified extreme test conditions, including thermal penetration and overcharging, the battery does not catch fire or explode. These characteristics provide a strong foundation for the safety and reliability of low-voltage power systems in electric vehicles.
NaForce EV can operate at temperatures from -40°C to 80°C, maintaining stable performance across cold winters, hot summers, and demanding vehicle environments. Its low-temperature capability helps address the performance degradation commonly associated with lithium-ion batteries in cold conditions, supporting year-round vehicle operation across different regions and climates.
The battery incorporates a BMS with ASIL-B functional safety capability for real-time monitoring, protection, and intelligent power management. Support for CAN and CAN FD communication enables fast, efficient information exchange with the vehicle.
NaForce EV achieves 2,000 cycles at 100% depth of discharge under the specified test conditions. An IP67 enclosure rating protects the battery against dust and temporary water immersion under the conditions defined by the rating. Its vibration-resistant design also helps maintain stable operation during everyday driving and under demanding road conditions.
Sodium-Ion Battery Solutions for Commercial Vehicles
TurboNa Sodium-Ion Starter Battery
Our TurboNa series is a 24V sodium-ion starter battery solution for commercial vehicles. It can replace two 12V MF or AGM batteries, subject to vehicle and electrical system compatibility. By consolidating a two-battery setup into one unit, it can reduce the number of components required and help lower installation, maintenance, and replacement costs.
The integrated 24V design places the required battery architecture within one pack. This format can reduce the number of battery units and external connections in the installation, which supports a more straightforward arrangement for service teams and fleet operators.
TurboNa weighs 60% less than the lead-acid battery system used for a comparable application. The lower mass can make transport, installation, and replacement more manageable while reducing the battery weight carried by the vehicle.
The battery achieves 2,700 cycles at 50% depth of discharge under the specified test conditions, covering the service life of common commercial vehicles. After a deep-discharge event, its 0V dead-flat recovery capability can help restore battery function through the correct recovery procedure.

TurboNa EV Auxiliary Battery
For electric commercial vehicles, we offer the customizable TurboNa EV series as a sodium-ion auxiliary battery solution.
TurboNa EV incorporates a BMS that meets QM-level functional safety requirements. The system monitors battery voltage and current and provides low-state-of-charge protection. By preventing excessive discharge under high auxiliary loads, extended inactivity, and demanding operating conditions, these functions help protect the battery and support reliable, continuous vehicle operation.
The battery achieves 2,000 cycles at 100% depth of discharge under the specified test conditions. This cycle performance supports commercial applications that may place substantial and repeated demands on auxiliary power.
TurboNa EV can operate at temperatures up to 80°C, which supports use during long working periods and in warm operating environments. Its vibration-resistant construction helps maintain battery stability across delivery routes, industrial sites, and uneven road conditions.
An IP68 enclosure rating provides protection against dust and water. This level of environmental protection supports applications where exposure to moisture, dust, or demanding outdoor conditions may occur.
Sodium-Ion Battery Solutions for Racing Cars
HyperNa Sodium-Ion Starter Battery
The HyperNa series is our sodium-ion starter battery solution for racing cars. It combines super cranking power with fast recharge capability to address the rapid power demands of motorsport.

With strong CCA and PHCA performance, HyperNa can deliver a powerful burst of high current within a very short period. This high-rate discharge capability provides the instantaneous power required to crank the engine quickly and reliably under the high-load demands of motorsport.
HyperNa operates across a temperature range from -40°C to 80°C. This range supports engine starts in cold conditions as well as operation near heat-producing vehicle components.
Vibration resistance helps the battery withstand repeated movement, acceleration, and track impacts. Its sealed, maintenance-free construction also removes the need for fluid replenishment and simplifies routine battery care between events.
Sodium-Ion Battery Solutions for Motorcycles and All-Terrain Vehicles
ATV-20 Sodium-Ion Starting Battery
The ATV-20 is our 12V sodium-ion starting battery for motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles. Designed for demanding off-road environments, it delivers 300A of cold-cranking performance and a pulse discharge current of 300A for up to 30 seconds, providing the instantaneous power required for fast and reliable engine starting.
Its intelligent BMS provides active cell balancing, smart current control, charge and discharge protection, and thermal protection. These functions help maintain stable battery operation and protect against electrical and temperature-related risks during demanding use.
With a pack capacity of 16.5Ah and nominal energy of 198Wh, the ATV-20 weighs only 3.7kg. Its compact, lightweight construction simplifies handling and installation while helping reduce unnecessary vehicle weight.
The battery can operate from −30°C to 80°C, supporting reliable use across cold, hot, and changing outdoor conditions. An IP67-rated enclosure provides protection against dust and water, making the battery suitable for off-road routes and other demanding environments.
